As part of the Landfront in the south section of the Festung St. Malo, the Germans used the lake and river called Frémer as part of their defence line.
This location lies at one of the crossings over the water with several bunkers to defend the crossing. In the past they must have had a beautiful view over the lake. Behind the 504 is a path for the gun that leads you to a point that could cover the lake.

1x 621 Group bunker.
1x 630 Embrasured MG emplacement with armoured plating.
